Meta88 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms governing your use of the meta88 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms & User Consent

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
2.1 Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the meta88 platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current.
2.2 Password Security
Users are solely responsible for keeping their password and login credentials confidential. meta88 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to a user's account due to the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login information.
2.3 Keeping Your Information Updated
Users are required to keep their personal information up to date, including phone number, email address, and registered payment methods. Inaccurate information may cause delays in transaction processing or account verification.
3. Platform Usage Rules & User Conduct
All meta88 platform users are required to comply with the following rules when using our services:
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or the laws applicable in your jurisdiction is strictly prohibited.
- The use of automated software, bots, or any technological means to exploit or manipulate the betting systems, markets, or odds displayed on the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Sharing or transferring your account to another party, or using someone else's account to place bets, is strictly prohibited.
- Any form of fraud is strictly prohibited, including falsifying identity information, using unauthorised payment cards, or manipulating betting outcomes.
- Any attempt to hack, illegally access, or interfere with the meta88 platform systems is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
- Users must conduct themselves respectfully when interacting with the customer support team and are not permitted to use abusive language or make threats in any communication.
Violating any of the above rules may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of your account, and any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.
4. Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
4.1 Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the meta88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include local bank transfers via FPX, approved e-wallets such as Boost and Touch 'n Go, and additional methods that may be added from time to time. The latest list of available payment methods can be found in the deposit section of your account.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or payment method that has been registered and verified under the same account holder's name. meta88 does not permit withdrawals to third parties or unverified accounts. All withdrawal requests are subject to security checks, which may require additional identity verification.
4.3 Limits & Processing Times
Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are set by the platform and may vary depending on your chosen payment method. Withdrawal processing times are typically one to three business days under normal circumstances, subject to the payment method and required security checks. meta88 is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or payment service providers.
4.4 Promotions & Bonus Terms
Any bonus or promotional credit applied to an account is subject to specific wagering requirements before it can be withdrawn. These requirements are clearly stated in the terms of each promotion. Misuse of promotions — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — may result in all bonuses being forfeited and the accounts closed.
5. Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
5.1 Platform Liability Limits
The meta88 platform bears no responsibility for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of betting activity. All bets are placed entirely at the user's own risk. meta88 is also not liable for any technical disruptions, loss of internet connectivity, or third-party system failures that may affect a user's experience on the platform.
5.2 Account Suspension and Closure
Meta88 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is a breach of the terms of use, suspected fraudulent activity, or for legal compliance purposes. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account balance will be frozen until the investigation is concluded. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the customer support team.
5.3 Intellectual Property
All content on the meta88 platform — including logos, designs, text, images, and software — is the exclusive property of meta88 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content without prior written consent from meta88.
5.4 Third-Party Links
The meta88 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for informational purposes only. meta88 has no control over the content or privacy policies of those websites and accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from their use.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
6.1 Amendments to Terms
Meta88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the current terms in effect. The effective date of the latest version will always be displayed at the top of this document.
6.2 Governing Law
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the meta88 platform. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms will be resolved in accordance with the procedures set out under those laws. Users agree that any legal action relating to the use of this platform shall be subject to the relevant jurisdiction.
